FAQs

  • Our staff are qualified and first aid trained. The salon is designed to be pet friendly with high plug sockets minimal dangling objects or wires. We also ensure the doors are also locked, and that there is a gate inside to keep pets from the front door.

  • We usually ask you to leave your pet with us for their grooming session. Time in the salon depends on which type of treatment your pet is booked in for. We usually estimate a couple of hours for full grooms of medium dogs.

  • We offer a full consultation before you leave your pet with us. We are trained in a variety of breed standard and lifestyle haircuts, and so will ask you exactly what you would like before the session begins. If you are not sure or cant explain, bring a photo in!

  • You should bring your puppies as early as possible - right after they have had their second jabs. Early introduction will result in a calmer adult dog.

During the session we slowly introduce the pup to the noises and sensations of grooming at comfortable pace. We also trim the hair by their eyes, around the bottom area and trim their feet and nails. We can also advise you of a grooming routine and the correct equipment to use at home – perfect for keeping your pet happy & healthy between grooms.
